Solution Introduction
Smart Elevator technology is on the rise! Over 12 million elevators are in operation around the globe, which move over a billion people each day. This makes elevators the most frequently used mode of transport in the world – well ahead of cars, planes, or any other mode of transport.
Our Smart Elevatorz retrofit solution allows us to make any legacy elevator a smart elevator which offers facilities with increased security and responsiveness. Security team and maintenance team can be live alerted directly into their mobile phone (voice call, SMS, email) in case of failure or emergency.
Problem to Solve
Most of the legacy elevators have its emergency button connected to a landline phone located at the ground floor and in the worst case it is not connected at all. In case of lift failure, it lengthens the response time of the security team.

Devices Features
- The Dry Contact is a ready-to-use radio transmitter enabling the user on one hand to transfer statuses and alarms on a LoRa/sigfox network and on the other to control relays via the same network.
- This product meets the needs of users who require to remotely monitor (or control) simple on-off digital data: detection of door opening, presence, machine starting, warning, etc.
- The use of the LPWAN (LoRAWAN or Sigfox) protocol allows you to integrate the Dry Contact into any network that is already deployed.
- Four digital inputs/outputs can be supported by a single Dry Contact transmitter.
- The product emits the data either periodically or in an event-related way on a change of state.
- The configuration of the transmitter is accessible by the user via a micro-USB port, allowing in particular a choice of modes of transmission, periodicity or type of interface (input/output).
- The Dry Contact is powered by a replaceable internal battery.
- Pre-wired: 1 cable of 70cm / 6 connectable wires
- Dimensions: 105 x 50 x 27 mm
- Casing: IP67 (IP68 on request)
- Integrated fastening system: DIN rail, tube, wall mount, flange
- Zone: Sigfox: RC1 / LoRaWAN™: EU863-870
- Operating temperature range: -25°C to + 70°C
- Weight: 92.74 g
